At EasyDrive Audio™, we work hard to ensure your USB Music Drive arrives safely and quickly. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our order processing and shipping procedures.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during major holiday seasons or carrier service disruptions.

2. Order Processing & Handling

• All orders are processed and packed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays).

• Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.

• Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@carmusic9.com within 6 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we cannot change the delivery address.

3. Tracking Your Order

• Your tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

• You can track your package directly through the link provided in your shipping email or on our website.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• EasyDrive Audio™ is not directly responsible for delays caused by carrier weather events, but we are always here to help.

• If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check around your porch/mailbox and with family or neighbors. If it still hasn't arrived after 48 hours, contact us at info@carmusic9.com, and our support team will help file a courier investigation or send out a replacement.

5. Shipping Coverage

• We currently serve and ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories).
